Dan brings 28 years of experience in the financial industry, including eight years as an Assistant Branch Manager at a major financial services firm. Alongside longtime colleague and partner Amrit Lalli, Dan co-leads Lalli Greco Wealth Management, which they formed when the team joined Richardson Wealth in 2023.

 Dan is analytical by nature, and a career in wealth management has allowed him to use that skill to help clients better understand their wealth and move toward achieving their goals. 

 Dan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from McGill University in 1993 and holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations.
