Retired - Government of British Columbia

Alan is a Chartered Surveyor (Construction Economist) with 48 years of experience in project design and cost control in England, Singapore, Borneo and Canada.  After retiring from the BC Government in 1998.  Alan volunteered with Anawim and has been on the Board of Directors since 1981.  Alan, and his wife of 69 years, Shirley, were instructors for Marriage Preparation and Marriage Encounter for the Victoria Diocese.  He was at the inception of Anawim and loves it dearly.
